These are the default per-seat rates. You can override them on any individual assignment or booking.
Not tied to the floor plan. Billed as a flat monthly (or daily) package per seat — assign a tenant to it like any other room. Set the rate under 💰 Rates → Virtual office.
Closing the assignment frees up these seats. The record is kept in History for reporting.
These details appear on invoices. GST rate applies to every monthly rent and contract total.
Edit the number of seats in each room. Workspace, cabin and meeting rooms only — common areas (cafeteria, lobby, etc.) don't have seat assignments. Reducing below currently assigned seats is blocked.
Connect this page to the Yuzi Hub backend so multiple devices can share the same data and every change is logged.
If the tenant is in the same state as your business → CGST 9% + SGST 9%. Otherwise IGST 18% (inter-state).
